Proper information is a necessity for a successful aliyah.
Our information department responds to two types of needs:
General information for all new immigrants : Rights, absorption basket, banking system, medical system, army. It is important to be precise and up to date. We are in direct contact with the heads of different administrations in Israel.
Individual information, proper to each participant. Each participant's file includes a detailed info profile and response schedule. Beside, working with the Jewish Agency, we follow and check the aliyah file of each individual in Israel and in the country of origin.
Our objective : Each participant has received all answers he needed, knows his rights long time before aliyah- an aliyah without surprises!
