Magshimim aids in job searching for all its participants as part of the integration program.
In order to do so, each participant follows a personalized and diversified job search program with the help of a full time job coordinator.  A career plan is established with each participant.  Hebrew job interviews are prepared in advance and CVs are adapted in function of job offers.

If required, Magshimim also helps to find complementary training courses to be more competitive on the job market.
