These apartments are rented and furnished by Magshimim.  All are located in the same neighborhood of Beer Sheva, within walking distance from one another and from the ulpan.  These accommodations are clean and spacious and host in general 3 people, each having their own room aside from the common rooms.  They offer comfort and independence necessary to feel at home.  (Click here for pictures).

This neighborhood was chosen because of its proximity to the ulpan and its excellent infrastructures (bank, post office, koupat holim, supermarkets…), close to the downtown.  Also, it is a young neighborhood, with a mixed population and with a high proportion of Francophone and Anglophone immigrants.
